Anjuman Farough-e-Urdu Adab Kuwait (organization for promoting Urdu literature in Kuwait) organized an Aalmi Mushaira at Crowne Plaza Hotel Kuwait . on 9th may 2013 , Thursday night. Poets from different parts of the world participated in this ceremony and amused the audience. Begum Naseer Niazi a senior poetess from India presided over the proceeding . H.E Syed Abrar Hussain the Ambassador of Pakistan Kuwait was the Chief Guest . In the beginning of mushaira urdu poets settled in Kuwait presented their ?ghazals ? and ?nazms ? (two forms of poetry ) received great applause. Mr Afroz Aalam well known poet presided the beginning part of the program. Bader semab, Afroz Aalam, Safdar Ali Safdar, Saeed Nazar kadapvi, Aslam emadi, Aamir qadwai, Dr Manzar Aalam Manzar, Fayyaz wardik, Shahjahan Jaffery & Musarrat Jabeen Zeba where the local poets who presented their beautiful poetry. In the next part of the program Mr. Abdullah Abbasi host of the event, founder and president of Anjuman Farough-e-Urdu Adab, appeared on the stage and announced shield of appreciation for the prominent member of the community who extended their helping hands and co-operated for making this event a success.

 

 

Following personalities received shield from the Pakistani Ambassador H.E Abrar Hussain. {Kareem Irfan , Muzammil Malik, Hoshdar Khan, Aarif butt , Sarvar butt , Sain Nawaz, Afroz Aalam, Ramzan bhatti, Asad Khan, Dr. Riaz Khan , Shabbir Qamar, Dr. Rahat indori, Iqbal Qureshi , Malik Noor , Mr Iqbal (Representative of T.V.S Travels ) , Aziz Nabeel, Altaf Rana, Ehtesham Allah Ditta , Dr Shujah Uddin,dr. Majid Deobandi , Iqbal Tariq , Andleeb Siddiqui ,Shaista Sana.

Iqbal Qureshi , Malik Noor , Mr Iqbal (Representative of T.V.S Travels ) , Aziz Nabeel, Altaf Rana, Ehtesham Allah Ditta , Dr Shujah Uddin,dr. Majid Deobandi , Iqbal Tariq , Andleeb Siddiqui ,Shaista Sana.

 

 

In the end part of the program it started with poets belonging to different parts of the world who presented their verses and received great appreciation Aziz Nabeel ( Qatar ) Iqbal Tariq (Bahrain ) Altaf Rana ( Bahrain ) Shaista Sana (India ) Andleeb Siddiqui (Melbourn- Australia) Majid Deobandi (India) Rahat Indoori ( India ) Spell bound the audience by their beautiful Verses . Then Ambassador of Pakistan in Kuwait H.E Syed Abrar Hussain , in his breif address, thanked Abdullah Abbasi and other organizers for arranging this memorable event. He said he has been attending such programs in Kuwait 24 years ago, he is missing some poets of that era like Qaem amrohi, Niaz banarsi, Abdul Hamid hosh. . After that Abdullah Abbasi presented "Anjuman Farough-e-Urdu Adab" awards 2013 to Mrs. Musarrat Jabeen Zeba and Dr. Umair Baig for the promotion of the Urdu in Kuwait. In the end the senior poetess Begum Naseer Niazi presented her verses. Finally the audience were invited delicious dinner and entertained program ended with prayers

Mr. Afroz Aalam, a well known poet compered the first part of the program. Bader Semab, Afroz Aalam, Safdar Ali Safdar, Saeed Nazar Kadapvi, Aslam Emadi, Aamir Qadwai, Dr Manzar Aalam Manzar, Fayyaz Wardik, Shahjahan Jaffery & Musarrat Jabeen Zeba where the local poets who presented their work. In the next part of the program Mr. Abdullah Abbasi, host of the event, Founder and President of Anjuman Farough-e-Urdu Adab, presented a token of appreciation to the prominent member of the community who extended their cooperation towards making this event a success.

Then the Ambassador of Pakistan to Kuwait H.E Syed Abrar Hussain , in his brief address thanked Abdullah Abbasi and other organizers for arranging a memorable event. He said that 24 years ago he had attended a few such programs in Kuwait, and he is missing some poets like Qaem amrohi, Niaz banarsi, Abdul Hamid hosh from that period. Later, Abdullah Abbasi presented "Anjuman Farough-e-Urdu Adab" awards 2013 to Mrs. Musarrat Jabeen Zeba and Dr. Umair Baig for promoting Urdu in Kuwait. In the end the senior poet Begum Naseer Niazi presented her verses. The programme ended with prayers and delicious dinner.
